Miss Queen United Continents is a prestigious international beauty pageant exclusively for transgender and transsexual women, created to celebrate diversity, identity, and global representation.

Every year, women from all continents come together in Ecuador — the official host country — to share their stories, proudly represent their nations, and compete for a unique and powerful title: to be crowned The Queen of the Continents.

This groundbreaking event has made history as the first international trans beauty pageant to be broadcast on television in the Americas, bringing greater visibility, pride, and empowerment to the global trans community. Now in its second edition, Miss Queen United Continents continues to elevate voices, break barriers, and showcase the strength, elegance, and authenticity of trans women around the world.

Competition Stages

At Miss Queen United Continents, each activity is designed to highlight the talent, personality, stage presence, and inner strength of every contestant. These are the official stages of the competition:

Hotel Arrival

Contestants officially arrive at the host city in Ecuador and are welcomed by the organization. This marks the beginning of an exciting journey full of cultural exchange and intense preparation.

Sash Ceremony

A symbolic and elegant moment where each delegate is officially presented with the sash of her country. This marks her formal recognition as a national representative in the competition.

All contestants wear a blue outfit, symbolizing unity, harmony, and the official color of Miss Queen United Continents. The uniformity of this attire emphasizes the spirit of sisterhood and respect among nations.

National Costume Competition

A vibrant and colorful showcase where each contestant presents her traditional national costume. This stage celebrates cultural pride, creativity, and individuality, judged on authenticity, design, and stage presence.

Head to Head Challenge

Contestants go head-to-head in a question-and-answer round, sharing opinions on social, cultural, or personal topics. This challenge evaluates eloquence, confidence, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Swimsuit Competition

A runway segment focused on confidence, presence, and body language. Contestants are judged on poise, attitude, and self-assurance while modeling swimwear.

Preliminary Show: Swimsuit, Evening Gown & Talent

A key event where contestants perform in three categories:

  • Swimsuit: stage presence and charisma
  • Evening Gown: elegance, grace, and styling
  • Talent: artistic expression in singing, dancing, acting, or other skills
Scores in this round help determine the finalists.

Top Model Competition

A high-fashion challenge where contestants are judged on their modeling skills, catwalk technique, and professional presence. This segment highlights their potential in the fashion and modeling industry.

Grand Final

The most anticipated night of the competition. Finalists walk in evening gowns, face the final question, and witness the crowning of Miss Queen United Continents — the woman who earns the title of The Queen of the Continents.
